What needed to be done to make alien boss event in zp6.0

create a command that let us to vote to for boss event map (zp_boss_city & others)
after vote finished then change the map to zp_boss_city & others

we also need to remove_task zombie so that it will not choose a zombie and the map will be foucsed on the boss event

We set round time to 10 minutes also we limit extra items
